Our company offers our guests spacious comfortable apartments that are appropriate and accessible for both long-term and one-night stays.
Kyiv Hotel Service was opened in April 1998 in Luteranska Str. Due to 10 years experience the members of our team are highly qualified in booking, reservation, entertaining, catering and other services. We provide all the privileges of the capital city to our guests.
All our newly-restored 17 apartments are situated in the very heart of Kyiv in Kreshchatyk Street. Every apartment is fully equipped and furnished, with spacious kitchens and bathrooms, ranging in size from one to four rooms.

Please make a reservation for apartments in advance, preferably 1-2 weeks before your trip to Kiev.The apartment's reservation will become valid after we receive a fax or an e-mail request from you. The letter of confirmation of apartment reservation will be sent to you immediately. Please let us know if you wish our driver to meet you at the airport or railway station and take you to the apartment, make sure to give us your flight / train details and all additional services you would like to obtain upon your arrival. The reservation of the apartments is free of charge.

If you require a visa support, please follow our instructions:
- You should pay for the apartments in advance at the rate of one night stay. This cost will be refunded after your arrival
- The payment for the apartments can be done via Western Union
- Send us your fax # and the following information:
- Your full name
- citizenship
- passport #
- authority
- issue / exp dates
- exact dates of your stay in Ukraine
As soon as we receive your money transfer we will send you an invitation letter and you can obtain your visa for Ukraine within one day.
